Discount performance

Reports what one discount earned over a date range.

When to use it

This is what answers “is this promotion working?”, “how much has the BOGO made?”, “did the free shipping threshold lift average order value?”, and “which discounts are worth running again for Black Friday?” To compare offers, call it once per discount. There is no all-at-once version.

Field	What it is
`orderCount`	Orders attributed to this discount in the range.
`influencedRevenue`	Total revenue of those orders.
`totalDiscountValue`	The margin the discount gave away.
`averageOrderValue`	Revenue divided by orders, or `0` when there are none.
`currencyCode`	The currency for every figure here.
`revenueOverTime`	A chart series, at a granularity picked from the length of the range. Empty when there are no orders.
`note`	Only set when `orderCount` is `0`, explaining why.

These are the same figures as the in-app Analytics tab, so an assistant’s numbers and the dashboard’s numbers agree.

Limits

Totals only. No orders, no line items, no customer records.
One discount at a time. Store-wide sales, sessions, and discounts AIOD doesn’t manage are out of scope.
Zero orders on a new discount is normal. Attribution lags checkout by a short while, and note says so. Report the zero with that caveat rather than calling the discount broken.
